This workshop is designed for anyone who is in the healing arts who practices energy or hands on healing and each person will work on a horse.

This workshop will greatly enhance your skills as an energy practitioner. Horses are sensitive to everything in their environment, being prey animals it's essential for them to be tuned in to everything so they will survive the predator.

As an energy practitioner, we want to be tuned into our client, respiratory, nervous systems, body language, sounds etc. Horses show us how to do that in a neutral way.

Horses respond to pressure, physical, emotional and mental. If a practitioners intention is to heal the horse that intention will translate to mental pressure and shut the horse down. If the practitioners intention is to listen to the horse and hold space for the horse so that healing can occur, the horse will be receptive to this intention as there is no mental pressure being applied. Being herd animals horses want to be in a group. They easily fall into resonance with the rest of the herd. When working on a horse, the horse will be open to finding the resonance with you, although if it doesn't feel safe the horse will want to move away. If we are off center in our energy the horse will feel this and will want to leave.Horses can teach us how to be authentic and clean with our energy. Toe Reading is based on the theory that your body holographically records the story of your life. The position and shape of the toes say a lot about their owner. By observing someone's toes you will know a great deal about their past and the experiences they have lived through. Toes reveal how a person copes with their feelings, as well as their thoughts. It has now been documented that everything that happens in your life, the story and the emotions, are stored as cell memory. There is more going on in the world, and specifically YOUR world, than meets the eye. And, it may just be your toes that reveal the most.
Toe Reading can certainly be a fun and entertaining parlor game. In fact, people will accuse you of being psychic you can become so accurate. However, the true gift of learning the art of Toe Reading is to learning a way to create deep insight into your own life or the lives of others by understanding that the toes and sole of the foot are a hologram for everything that has happened in one’s life. Major traumas, dramas, personality tendencies and destiny factors are stored in the toes. With the intention to be an instrument in the peace and healing of another you can transcend the physical observations and quite literally learn to read a person’s soul prints by acknowledging their sole’s recordings.

Day 1 - Level 1 is about an Introduction the Toe Elements and their meaning. You will do three basic Toe Readings in class.

Day 2 -Deep understanding of the Toe Elements and their metaphysical significant is the focus of this second day of class. The Toe Readings will deepen and the small nuances will become significant awareness’s in honoring the stories buried deep within the sole/soul. The use of soul coaching questions will be introduced. Marketing yourself as a Registered Toe Reader Level 1 will be covered and encouraged. The skill of reading toe from photographs and emails will be introduced. Two full Toe Readings will be done in class.

KC Miller has been a reflexologist and teacher for over thirty years. Her personal life mission is to "Touch Lives, Heal Bodies and Free Souls." "Deepening the Biodynamic Intelligence: Riding the Tides” Intermediate and Advanced Cranial Course

In this course students will sit with the slower, deeper tides, rhythms, and stillness of cranial work and learn how to apply these therapeutically, including going back and forth between Long Tide (once every 2-1/2 minutes) and M id Tide (2-1/2 times a minute). We will then apply this approach to the ethmoid-sphenoid-frontal area, incorporating states of consciousness as well as perceptual skills.

Intermediate and Advanced Communication
Somatic Trauma Resolution (STR) is based on Somatic Experiencing, Peter Levine's groundbreaking work with how to re-regulate our physiology and nervous system when it has been traumatized. You will learn principles of the link between sensations and discharge, the importance of carefully controlling the level of activation, and how this system is so precise and reliably effective in building resiliency for future events as well as healing the effects of overwhelm from the past.

You will learn and practice several skills. Preparatory handouts will be emailed to early registrants. (This seminar also qualifies as the first of five in Sharon's STR training, for those who wish to continue.)

 

SOMATIC TRAUMA RESOLUTION 2

* Further development of foundational skills from STR I (spiking vs. loop/wave resiliency pattern, tracking language and intonation, controlling activation level in nervous system)

This module covers a lot, beginning with Gesalt Therapy and Codependency and continues with dealing with different types of trauma such as sexual abuse and auto accidents.

Continuing with accidents and pre/post op, module 5 then moves into tracking the waves of grief and loss. Students will receive an intro to disasters and complete the course with an Intro to babies and children as well as a preview of advanced classes.

SHARON PORTER
has been honored by APTA for her pioneering work in Energy Medicine, and she presents at numerous professional conferences on the
interface between science, consciousness and Energy Medicine. She studied Polarity with Dr. Randolph Stone in 1973, an experience which evolutionized her life. Already a popular yoga teacher, she was fascinated by Stone's understanding and committed her life to taking it forward. She taught Polarity for 13 years before delving into Dr. Upledger's cranial model, later modifying it with the more Biodynamic approach of Franklyn Sills taught through the CSTA/NA (see craniosacraltherapy.org), through whom she is approved to teach.

Porter is also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Dr. Peter Levine's
remarkable trauma healing system. Her Somatic Trauma Resolution training, based on Somatic Experiencing, integrates SE with Polarity, Cranial work and her other Energy Medicine skills.

Sharon's hands are easily moved by the subtle energy currents and fluid tides from off body, so in demonstrations you can watch the energetics as she dialogues, touches, resonates and transforms. Her teaching is dynamic and often process oriented.
