Additional requirements for the CSU Certification are: - Receive 5 sessions from an RPP - Complete 30 written case studies, reveiwed by an RPP from our Mentorship Program. These 30 case studies are applicable towards the RPP case study requirements. Please note the hours for our Advanced CranioSacral Unwinding retreat in Hawaii is can be substituted for Cranial IV and V

An introduction to the craniosacral rhythm, concepts and motion.
The focus is on developing palpation skills, learning the art of unwinding (moving with the inherent movements in the body) and learning to find and have boundaries. This class teaches a thorough palpation of the body’s connective tissue system, as well as intervention techniques such as classic and energetic still point induction, strain/counter strain, and energy direction.

CranioSacral Unwinding II

Expanding on the previous course students gain deeper appreciation of the workings of the cranial vault and cranium bones, as well as the palpatory art of unwinding. Facilitation of facial bones will also be addressed. This class focuses on physical and energetic techniques for working with these bones and their relationship to the body via the connective tissue system.
